PRIVACY
A prerequisite for trading on our online store with prospective customers is that they provide some personal data. When a customer places an order their full name, delivery address, telephone number of a land line (or any other known telephone number), e-mail, and in case payment will be made with a credit card, the number, the 3 digit security code (CVV2) on the rear of the credit card and expiration date of the card, will be required. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).
The relevant customer data will be notified to the responsible bank (e.g. credit card number and expiration date) in order to complete the transaction of the ordered products. After the transaction is completed, the information is DELETED from the company’s database ensuring an even higher level of security.

The features of the products to be sold are available and you can see them following the search instructions included in our websites, and clicking on the name of the respective product. The company DOUROS S.A. reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade the features products to be sold. The same applies to the pricing policy, any deals and discounts which may be chosen freely and make and amend, renew and /or withdraw at any time without prior notice and / or compliance deadline.
PRICES OF ITEMS TO BE SOLD
All prices shown under the relevant lists of each product include VAT (24%); www.dur.gr reserves the right to change prices without notice to the consumers.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Force Majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) cannot deliver the company products within the specified time informs the user / customer / visitor via e-mail, in order to state whether he wishes, under these conditions, the checkout.
2. www.dur.gr Liability: Before the shipping, our people are checking very carefully the quality of the products and they take care of the packaging in order to be 100% happy for the results. For those reasons there is no concern for defects or poor quality of our products. All products are received packaged by the suppliers, but before sending the required products we control them, so that our services are worthy of your trust. However, in case a faulty product is found, you have the right to return it and get another one without any further delivery charge or you can ask for a refund.
3. Amendment of terms: www.dur.gr reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Product exchanges and refunds are accepted only following prior communication with the company, either via email at orders@dur.gr or by phone at +30 2610 226283. Following this communication, the company will arrange the collection of the product from your location through a partner courier service. In any other case, and particularly for returns sent without prior arrangement, the company reserves the right not to accept the parcel.
